take the screw thats in the end of the handlebar plunger, use two hacksaw blades on a hacksaw, slice from one end to the other. inset mikuni cable with ball end thru slot. screw back in56283-31c.JPGto the plunger. cable clamp #9967 gos on the bottom bolt of the front of the oil tank. Use electrical tape on cable to allow the 9967 clamp to tighten down on the outer cable. carb is all set up for your 45”
